Corrections and feedback

If you have spotted something that may be inaccurate or out of date, send us the article link and the detail you would like us to check. Please do not include bank statements, benefit letters, passwords, children’s identifying details or other sensitive documents in a social media message.

We take corrections seriously. See our Corrections Policy for how we review changes.

Guest writing

We are preparing a careful process for family contributors. Submissions are not open yet. Please do not send a personal story or identifying family information through social media; we will publish contributor guidance and a secure submission route before inviting writers.

Partnership enquiries

If you represent a brand, charity, family service or venue, please include the organisation name, website and a short description of your proposal. Paid partnerships will be clearly identified and will not determine our editorial conclusions.
